Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information FORGE Medical collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

FORGE Medical, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, is the responsible party for your information. Our Information Officer is Dr Neville Vlok, contactable at info@forgemed.co.za.

What we collect

When you register interest we collect your name, email address, current post and the courses you choose. You can also give us your hospital or service, mobile number, preferred months and a message. We record the date you gave consent.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to tell you about dates, fees, CPD accreditation and registration for the courses you chose, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who can see it

FORGE Medical staff who run course registration, and our website and email hosting providers, who store it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or 24 months after we last contacted you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@forgemed.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
